Suggestions

If you have any suggestions on how our service can be improved please use the comments and suggestions form on the website or speak to a member of the reception staff who will record your suggestion and pass it on the manager.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any element of service or treatment please ask to speak to a member of staff or ask to speak to the Manager, who will endeavour to resolve any problems straight away. If your concerns are not resolved you may decide to make a formal complaint. You can do this in writing or by email to the practice manager. Alternatively you can use the practice Complaints Form
