If you wish to take advantage of these services please provide us with an email address and bring 2 forms of ID to surgery (one must be photo ID). We will email you a registration token to enable you to access online services.

Written requests can be put in the box inside the porch or through the letterbox when we are closed. Wherever possible please avoid ordering prescriptions from Reception Desk, this enables the Receptionist to deal with other queries and deal with patients attending appointments.
Electronic Prescriptions can be forwarded direct from surgery to your nominated pharmacy. Please note whichever pharmacy you choose will stay in place until this is changed by you, and all items ordered will be processed in this way, with the exception of Controlled Drug items. Arrangement should be set up direct with your pharmacy or in your online services account.
Always take your medications as prescribed. DO NOT TAKE MEDICATION PRESCRIBED FOR ANYONE ELSE
Your pharmacy can offer help and advice on all aspects of medication. Please let your pharmacist know what prescribed medications you are taking before purchasing any over the counter medications
Please do not order medications more than 5 days in advance – let us know if you need additional supplies to cover holiday’s etc.
Allow a minimum of 2 working days to process prescriptions request.
We do not take requests by telephone
We do not take requests for repeat prescriptions during consultations with the doctors or nurses
We do not accept requests third party suppliers but are happy to accept the request for items direct from the patient or carer.
From 1st October 2017 we will not accept prescription requests from Pharmacies unless you are classed as a vulnerable patient
